SMART PALAKATVA is an outcome of the study & practical experiences of Mr. Uday Vaidya & team of Munee Consultants. Around 22 years ago, Uday came in contact with the fascinating subject of ‘psychology’. In those days, psychology was looked at as a cryptic, technical subject & was perceived to have very little importance in common man’s life (Perhaps even today, many of us have same views about psychology, isn’t it?)Fortunately, Uday not only got an opportunity to delve deep into this interesting field, but he also benefitted out of it in his personal life. Such amazing were the results that he started propagating few concepts for the betterment of people.

Uday is a behavioral trainer & is passionate about the subject of psychology. Uday & team of Munee Consultants always work with the objective of creating a positive difference in people’s lives.
